航宇科技獲低碳新認證 GATD Obtains New Low-Carbon Certification

在全球低碳轉型浪潮下,航空制造業綠色升級已成為實現“雙碳”目標的關鍵領域。近日,貴州航宇科技發展股份有限公司碳管理信息化系統建設工作取得顯著成效,其GH4169 低壓渦輪機匣產品碳足跡及 2024 年度組織溫室氣體排放均通過權威第三方核查認證,充分彰顯了公司在綠色低碳發展道路上的堅實步伐,為航空業可持續發展注入強勁動力。

當前,工業化進程不斷邁向高質量發展階段,經濟發展模式從數量型向質量型加速轉變。作為航空制造業 “雙碳” 戰略的核心環節,產品設計及制造過程中的碳減排意義重大。航宇科技的碳核查認證及產品碳足跡認證成果,印證了公司正以實際行動踐行著對綠色低碳未來的承諾。

本次產品碳足跡核查覆蓋了 GH4169 低壓渦輪機匣從原材料獲取到生產出廠的全流程,嚴格依據國際通用標準開展,最終核查結果獲得專業認證。而 2024 年度組織溫室氣體排放核查則全面梳理了公司生產經營過程中的溫室氣體排放情況,同樣符合相關標準要求,順利通過審核并獲得認證證書,為后續其它產品的碳足跡管理奠定了良好基礎。

In the global wave of low-carbon transition, the green upgrade of the aerospace manufacturing industry has become a key sector in achieving the "dual carbon" goals. Recently, Guizhou Aviation Technical Development Co., Ltd. (GATD) has made significant progress in the construction of its carbon management information system. The Carbon Footprint of its GH4169 low-pressure turbine casing product, as well as the 2024 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report, have successfully passed authoritative third-party verification and certification. This achievement highlights GATD’s solid progress on the path of green and low-carbon development, injecting strong momentum into the sustainable development of the aerospace industry.

Currently, the industrialization process is advancing steadily toward a high-quality development stage, with the economic growth model accelerating its shift from quantity-driven to quality-driven. As a core component of the aviation industry's "dual-carbon" strategy, carbon reduction in aircraft product design and manufacturing holds significant importance. GATD's carbon certification and product carbon footprint achievements demonstrate the company's commitment to a green, low-carbon future through tangible actions.

The product carbon footprint verification covers the entire lifecycle of the GH4169 low-pressure turbine casing, from raw material acquisition to production and factory shipment. It was conducted in strict compliance with internationally recognized standards, with the final verification results achieving professional certification. Meanwhile, GATD's 2024 organizational greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions comprehensive assessment confirmed that its operational emissions met all relevant standards. The successful certification not only validates our current efforts but also establishes a robust foundation for future carbon footprint management in other products.

GATD has long been committed to green development. In 2023, GATD initiated its green factory construction, implementing a full-chain energy management system across procurement, operations, logistics and recycling, with demonstrated achievements in energy efficiency and intelligent manufacturing. GATD has established flexible intelligent manufacturing lines, integrated furnace temperature control systems, intelligent waste heat recovery and storage systems, and photovoltaic power generation systems, achieving both high energy efficiency and low-carbon development in production processes, continuously leading the industry's green transition.
